Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the day you received your item, we may be unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items that were included, including extras, tools and instructions must be included, and your item must be returned in it’s original packaging.

Customized Product Returns

As customized items are made-to-order, certain restrictions apply in regards to our return policy. We do not accept returns on items which have been customized and fall under one of the following categories:

  • The customer has changed their mind and no longer wants the custom product.
  • The customer entered the wrong information on the order.
  • The customer failed to follow the installation instructions and has damaged the product.

We gladly accept returns on items which have been customized and have been printed and/or cut incorrectly or we have damaged the product prior to shipment.

We reserve the right to deny returns for any other customized product, however those orders may be eligible for exchanges or replacements.

Other items which are ineligible for returns are:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds can be granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Once we issue a return, we are limited in our ability to control how fast you receive the return and may be subject to bank delays.

Please note that certain fees such as “Express Service” or “Priority Shipping” fees may be deducted from your refund. We also reserve issue partial refunds in the event that the product has missing parts or has been packaged in a matter which damages the product during shipment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, please contact us.

Exchanges

We gladly replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrectly printed or cut. In cases where the product has been damaged during installation, we may be able to offer a courtesy reprint (in part or whole). We reserve the right to limit the number of courtesy reprints per order. We reserve the right to request photographic or other proof under those situations.

To return your product, you must first receive return authorization from us. Once your return has been authorized, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning items valued at more than $50 you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for packages without tracking numbers which do not arrive back to our posession.
